We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive and the ideal candidate with a strong background in accounting, finance, and restaurant industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with Shared Service Centre
• Handle full functions of AR in finance department
• Making payments promptly
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
• Review vendors’ SOA reconciliation and payment proposal
• Perform monthly intercompany reconciliation.
• Review and process payment from Operations and ensure all payments are booked with invoice.
• Challenge and improve existing work processes
• Monitor and ensure compliance with expense policy and statutory regulations
• Maintain vendor files
• Maintain historical records by filing documents
• Prepare weekly fund reports
• Prepare monthly franchise billings
• Process staff claims according to policy and book in accounting system
• Knowledge of cashflow projection will be a PLUS!
• Complete ad-hoc tasks and other duties, as assigned

Key Requirements

• LCCA or diploma with minimum 2 years working experience in F&B.
• Knowledge of book-keeping procedures
• Well-versed in Microsoft office and Xero accounting software.
• Strict confidentiality in performing the duties
• Excellent communication in English and/or other languages
• Good team-player and independent worker
• Possess good working attitude
• Efficient, strong sense of initiative, reliable and self-motivated
