We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Finance Executive and the ideal candidate with a strong background in accounting, finance, and F & B industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with Shared Service Centre.
• Making payments promptly
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
• Review vendors’ SOA reconciliation and payment proposal
• Perform monthly intercompany reconciliation.
• Review and process payment from Operations and ensure all payments are booked with invoice.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with expense policy and statutory regulations
• Maintain vendor files
• GST submission
• Maintain historical records by filing documents
• Prepare weekly fund reports (Monthly)
• Prepare monthly franchise billings(twice/month)
• Process staff claims according to policy and book in accounting system(twice/month)
• Knowledge of cashflow projection will be a PLUS!
• Complete ad-hoc tasks and other duties, as assigned
• Filing of the invoices after clearing the payment.
• Payment for rental & utilities
• Corporate order invoicing (when needed)
• Cash rebate invoicing
• NTUC invoice submission to the portal
• Changi Reward redemption
• Food panda & Nets report
• GTO submission for LO, Changi, Caltex
• Koomi payment report
• Challenge and improve existing work processes

Key Requirements

• LCCA or diploma with minimum 2 years working experience in F&B.
• Knowledge of book-keeping procedures
• Well-versed in Microsoft office and Xero accounting software.
• Strict confidentiality in performing the duties
• Excellent communication in English and/or other languages
• Good team-player and independent worker
• Possess good working attitude
• Efficient, strong sense of initiative, reliable and self-motivated
